只重战略,忽略执行,是建设没有基础的空中楼阁。
只有执行,不管战略,是搭建永远无法登天的巴别塔。
大多数中国企业没有一个部分或团队来协调把战略化为行动的工作。

回忆了一下Steve跟我说的一些话,以及Steve跟别人说的话。
发现美国人单细胞,也是一种艺术——重复的艺术。
Steve跟我说的话之中,重要的内容都至少重复说过不止3遍,例如当初商贝的idea,例如他想挖人,需要focus,等等。。。
仔细分析了一下,很多事情在自己脑子里想了很多遍,觉得已经想腻了,说出去的时候往往只是尽量简短,而且说过一次以后就会容易默认别人已经记住了,其实很多话自己记住了,别人是记不住的。必须要很有激情的重复的跟别人说,这样别人才会感受到你的重视程度。
确实,Steve问过我的很多东西他都记不住。。。还好是些不重要的东西啦。
如果想让别人记住的事情,就必须适当的重复。在制订战略,传达到团队中尤其需要这一点。点到为止往往很容易被忽略和忘记。
Zozoc的战略必须不断的重复,团队才能养成习惯,所有的执行才围绕这个战略展开。
